Each morning at 3 am our Produce Agents are already well in to the start of their day. New Zealand is a great place to buy produce and we're very lucky to have such great quality of supply grown right in our own back yard, but there is still a difference between good produce and exceptional produce and the early-bird rule is always in effect.

Our Agents know what to look for, they know what the market rate is and they know how to cut a deal to make every purchase work for both those supplying us as well as those we supply ourselves.
