We supply to Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels, Manufacturers, Retailers, Distributors and exporters nationwide with a broad selection of imported and locally manufactured food products. Our core product areas are across fresh produce, dry, frozen and chilled departments.

About the role

Our Auckland branch has an opportunity for a professional & dynamic Warehouse Team Leader within our warehouse department based at our Auckland branch. We are looking for a dynamic Leader who can manage the Warehouse including ordering, receiving, stocking, processing and distribution of materials. The hours of work are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm from Monday-Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Ensuring the Warehouse and loading area and team are managed in relation to daily priorities.
• Customer Service and Administration for pick ups.
• Ensuring that health and safety policies are adhered to.
• Picking, Packing, Sequencing and loading orders
• Assisting the Dispatch and Warehouse Managers as required

The successful applicant will possess the following qualities and attributes:

• Prior experience in warehousing is mandatory.
• Have high energy levels.

• Confident and self-motivated
• Excellent people management and mentoring skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking

Please note, this job entails for the candidate to work in chiller environment.
